Beautiful rooms, great pool, the whole complex was very nice!

- Breakfast a little "loveless" and not really good (better to lớn be of better quality). - Employees seemed very unmotivated lớn us. - No warm atmosphere in the accommodation (but this was because of the staff). - Plastic bottles in mini format... especially in Phu Quoc (where there is already garbage everywhere), it would be a good idea to change to aluminium bottles & place 2-3 larger water dispensers in the hotel

For breakfast we could order many different menus and enjoy them in front of our room on the balcony. The staff did not speak English very well but they were always helpful & everything worked out great. The plant is smaller but therefore very manageable và not overcrowded. The rooms are nice & big & clean.

The rooms look original lượt thích on the pictures và are big. Super friendly staff! And our own pick-up service for dinner và trang chủ again. Take care of all concerns và everything extremely clean và neat. I can only recommover the stay, as in this resort one can drive sầu down và relax.

The ladies who cleaned rooms. For one day no towels were left behind, there was no nhà wc paper or soap, bath was not cleaned.
