Stayed 12 nights for business. Arranged khách sạn airport pickup, which waited for me over an hour due lớn long immigration lines. Hotel room was spacious, clean & had all the amenities. Very good breakfast Búp Phê. But what made this stay great was the staff. They helped me with every question và need I had. They could not have sầu been nicer or more professional. Will stay there again soon.

The hotel is nice with friendly staff at the reception. Room was clean & comfortable. We got a corner room. Apparently, there were some renovation going on in the morning but we were notified in a letter placed in the room upon check-in (did not affect my stay as I was out of my room for sight seeing during the day). Morning breakfast was nice. Stayed there for 2 days & there were some changes on the breakfast variety. The coffee house staff were friendly và courteous. They have sầu spa làm đẹp at the lower ground but have the time lớn utilise the service.

We decided to lớn arrive in Hanoi a couple days before our scheduled tour began. We chose the Grandiose because the price was reasonable and a short walk khổng lồ the Lotte Hotel where we will stay with our tour. We certainly enjoyed the couple days at the Grandiose. Good location, cthua thảm khổng lồ Old Quarter (we walked both days), reasonable price, clean, modern, staff were great, supplied breakfast was excellent with the best Pho I tasted on our 3 week trip, as we are only English speaking tourists we did not encounter any difficulty communicating with the staff, provided (for a fee) pickup at the airport and a comfortable & safe ride to lớn the hotel
My partner & I stayed at Grandiose Hotel & Spage authority in late October & we still can’t stop talking about it to our friends. The hotel staff were all so delightful và always attended to our needs. We had a special bond with one of their staff Rosie Nguim. She helped us book our tours in Hanoi và went out of her way to lớn make a các mục of places to we should visit in other parts or Vietphái mạnh that we were yet to lớn visit. We really felt that we had known her for years as her approach khổng lồ us was as friends and not as customers. We left her flowers as a sign of gratitude for her efforts. The rooms were nice & clean và the thể hình was adequate with new equipment which we made full use of. Highly recommover this place!!
Had the pleasure of staying at this nice hotel. The staff are friendly, the food was very nice, my room was nice, the AC was fantastic. We will be staying here in the future. Cthua kém to lớn where I was working. There is a 7/11 next door which makes things easy. Airport transfer was excellent và cheap. Well done the Grandiose
We were there for a business trip và hence chose this hotel. Though the hotel is relatively new there's lots of issues with it as follow: - lobby light is on only when guest walks in, which seems unprofessional - drilling/renovation in the early morning. Of the three nights we stayed over on two morning we heard drilling early in the morning at 7/8am which woke us up - weak air-conditioning even at full blast air-conditioning - takes long time for hot water khổng lồ flow - my friend had his finger electrocuted due lớn loose wiring in the khách sạn room Perhaps at a lower price point with a lower expectation would the khách sạn live sầu up lớn its standard
Experienced a couple of issues that were resolved. But then it went down hill very quickly. 1. Dirty sheets with black streaks of dort on pillow case. Albeit quickly replaced when requested. 2. Towels that smelt like cigarette smoke. Also replaced but with much older towels that ripped in half when used after a shower. And then more observations... 3. The room had a cigarette odour with a air filtration machine in the corner. The filter itself had not been cleaned và had a thiông chồng layer of dust và particulates that required replacement. Nonetheless the odour of the room was strong & we attempted khổng lồ clean the dust personally. 4.the complimentary slippers in the room in a new plastic bag had in fact already been used by a previous guest. The sole of the slipper was obviously dirty but replaced back into a new plastic bag as a 'new' pair. 5.the spa/sauna was never availble for immidiate use. On the one occasion that we could have sầu used it. We found a maintainence employee in full uniform using his phone inside the wet area. Wearing work shoes inside the area used as the wet area. This khách sạn was chosen on the basis of review và price point. But failed to lớn live up khổng lồ the Đánh Giá or the price point. There are far better hotels for the same rate. Whilst one or two issues are manageable. The number of problems that we came across made it futile lớn address especially when on schedule. Cost saving in hospitality is a difficult task. But old worn towels, reusing slippers from previous guests isn't the best way lớn make an impression. Although the issue of dirty slippers were raised eventually upon when we had time in check out. There was no effort on the managers behalf lớn manage the situation, & a weak apology, we were asked to lớn address the problems with ctrip, whom the booking was made with. The other other problems clearly would not be a priority khổng lồ address. Ctrip may have sầu made the booking. But they definitely aren't involved with the housekeeping.…
