The room is dirty và smelling. I boked deluxe pháo room but no balcony. Swimming pool is too small và under construction due lớn the low season. Most of staff can not speak English properly. Menu in the restaurant is limited.

Spacious và clean room. The staff were very friendly, including the guard, doorman, receptionist, etc. The view was not good at all with no balcony or window to lớn the sea view. But I still recommkết thúc this khách sạn because of the warm và comfortable atmosphere there.

The room isn't very clean. The window was dirty that affect view. No balcony in Delux room. The swimming is very small and actually under construction now. Staff isn't good in english. Breakfast thực đơn is pretty poor. Almost impossible lớn find good places with european or russian food in this area.

Directly opposite the ocean, this hotel is perfectly situated for views, strolls và swims. The room was clean và well presented with a small minibar selection. The pool had dirt & rocks in it from the construction site next door :) The staff in the restaurant have sầu little or no English, making it difficult lớn be understood. The concierge staff were very helpful & friendly. The included breakfast buffet was excellent.
Rebuilding and pretty big hotel in Samson. It looks beautiful và good kiến thiết. Breakfast is good. Room is new but not very good facilities. Hotel with 2 wings looks like inerested. Staff are not professional but friendly.
When we booked for the khách sạn the prices included breakfast buffet. However on the day we only have sầu the option lớn choose from 5 dishes which was very misleading The rooms are dark and dirty. I could even heard sounds from next rooms. Such a disappointment for a four star hotel
I got the impression Sam Son doesn't have sầu many western visitors, we seemed khổng lồ attract attention everywhere we went; however it may have sầu been my husbvà who is over 6 ft with pure Trắng hair! Plus it was just after Christmas. Very modern hotel, shiny surfaces with lots of echoes; super clean và everything new. Breakfast was usually pho but there was also fried egg on the thực đơn though it is listed as egg fried bread so I though it was French toast. It was served with butter, salad garnish and marmalade. Coffee was thiông chồng và sweet, tea was great with lime (don't use milk) save sầu the lime from the pho! The staff were so helpful và polite, not much English spoken but the guys at reception were good. There is a safe in the room but you cannot change the code so everyone knows it!! We ate in the restaurant one night but had fun trying to lớn order a drink; they did not understvà what a gin và tonic was. They had beer which I try to avoid, the only spirits were whisky and vodka but you had to buy a bottle. We really did have sầu a wonderful time, it was a bit of an adventure which is why we chose Sam Son rather than somewhere on the regular tourist trail. This was our second time in Vietphái mạnh. When we were leaving to go to lớn Ninc Binh they organised a coach for us & they picked us up at the khách sạn, then there was a xe taxi waiting for us at the train to take us to the next hotel Hoa Lu.…
