The views are stunning! The staff try và be as helpful as possible. Few speak English và others vì chưng their best to lớn try which is awesome as we don't speak a word of Vietnamese unfortunately. The internet didn't work well at all & regularly cut out. We are staying in a place that is less than half the price in the same town and the mạng internet is super fast so they can vì much better. The staff held our luggage while we went for a walk before leaving the mountain. They also had an excellent currency exchange rate. On our first night, the man who checked us in entered a lower amount for the exchange & when I pointed out the discrepancy he quickly was only able khổng lồ exchange a smaller amount only - this was very disappointing as I just happened to lớn catch what he entered on the calculator while my husband wasn't paying attention. The other staff were much more honest & accurate. It is expensive sầu lớn get up and down the mountain and they don't have a shuttle any longer. They also don't offer miễn phí bottled water & that isn't clear in the room as their write up says there are 2 bottles of mineral water but they fill up a glass bottle and leave sầu it in the bathroom và then one can refill up at the restaurant. The problem is that the water at the restaurant that they offer tastes like it has chlorine or something in it so it's not as tasty as the bottled water. The views are breathtaking. We loved the variety of fruit at breakfast - it was excellent and they had some vegan options.
