I came here with my family và i really lượt thích everything here. The room was very clean and well persent. The location should be is the best choice for you. This khách sạn very near the Da Lat mảket và Xuan Huong lake. You can walk around the đô thị in night and enjoy some street food here. My recommend is Vietnamese’s pizza..very cheap and good price (about 1$). I will come baông chồng here next year in my vacation. Love all staff here

This khách sạn is a bit dated now but the rooms are a generous kích cỡ with lots of storage. En-suite are acceptable. The central location is good for getting around but the noise of the town can keep you awake. The khách sạn does not offer parking, & we had lớn move them after the night market had started which meant having the walk out moped 500 yards before driving khổng lồ the parking area, not igiảm giá after a days riding. Staff were friendly & pleasant.

The bed was hard - just a slab of foam on a board. The room overlooked the night market which sent up a din of voices & honking horns throughtout the night. It would have been nice to lớn have the windows open, since there is no air conditioning, but it is too noisy outside. The reception staff was pleasant however. My main complaint is the on-line booking system. I had booked this room several months in advance, knowing that Dalat would be crowded over the Tet holiday. Unfortunately the credit card that I had used to lớn book the room was set to expire during our trip to Vietnam. I had a new card issued prior lớn the trip, but I did not think to lớn contact the khách sạn with the new expiry. The khách sạn had not contacted me khổng lồ insize me of any troubles with my card, so I let it slide. It turns out that the hotel couldn't have processed my new thẻ over the phone, by tin nhắn, or by re-booking online anyway. I received gmail notification after arriving in Saigon that Tulip II would be cancelling my reservation if I did not liên hệ the hotel within 12 hours. I stayed up all night, frantically trying khổng lồ tương tác the hotel, but it seemed that their phone system had changed over khổng lồ a 3rd-tiệc nhỏ answering service after hours, & the person manning the phones did not speak English and seemed to lớn be unaware of the existence of a Tulip II Hotel. I even had the Vietnamese receptionist of our Saigon hotel try to lớn call the Tulip II for me, & she got the same response.I tried sending emails & calling và texting a di động number that was listed for the Tulip II khách sạn but got no response. I tried several other hotels in Dalat, but they were all full for the holiday.I was finally able lớn get through to Tulip II at 7:00 the next morning, and they agreed lớn hold the room for me. However, when we arrived at the Tulip II later that day we were told that they would only accept cash, since they had no way of processing my new credit thẻ. The receptionist said that I could pay the following morning. I said that I preferred to use my credit card. The receptionist got on the phone và then said that they would try lớn run my card the next morning. Apparently they planned khổng lồ have sầu someone bring a credit thẻ reader from one of the other Tulip Dalat hotels. There was another guest in the lobby when we were checking in who was screaming at the staff. The poor girl at the reception desk was almost in tears. Apparently the screaming lady's reservation had also been cancelled, but in her case the room had already been assigned to lớn another guest.
