Loved the extreme friendliness of the staff, they are a credit khổng lồ the hotel, from the cleaners lớn the receptionist & bicycle guys. The location is fantastic, the rooms are clean và modern, the breakfast is unbelievably good and generous portions for the fact that it is included in the price & there are 5 options khổng lồ choose from. We can highly recommkết thúc this place as we have sầu stayed in a few places in Hoi An so far but this is the best. We will return again at the kết thúc of April with friends. Book it, you won't regret it.
A small suggestion is to lớn add some fixtures inlớn the shower where one can put the soap, shampoo & other amenities that are needed during the shower in order khổng lồ avoid having them on the shower floor.

Massive plumbing problem resulting in frequent but unpredictable loud banging coming from the pipes in the walls. The complimentary breakfast was disorganized (even though they have sầu you order the day before) và not very good. Wifi reception in our room (207) was virtually non-existant. In general, the hotel is fine...but given the problems they vị have it's hard lớn recommend for the price.
The khách sạn was very new when we checked in. The suite room was nice & our standard room was nice too. Everything was fairly new. There's a fantastic restaurant on the same street "Long Red Dragon". I think its on 332 Cua Dai street, 20 minutes walk.
The location. Its quite far from the centre. About 25 minutes walk. The rooms are nice enough but the bed sheets và blankets are very rough. The aircond broke the first night we checked in & it was rather hot.
Br& new building. Nice manager very welcoming và nice rooms... Decent location.
Too hot aircon wasn't working very well. Seems lượt thích building work was a bit rushed as there was no towel rails in the bathroom. So few little bits to sort out. Breakfast was measly coil probably feed a small child
Wonderful & new hotel! Good position closer the old thành phố. Staff really helpful & took care of us. Good breakfast air conditional all over. Rooms big & clear. Bathroom nice design and big shower. They give sầu us free bikes !
The khách sạn is located on 5 minute walking distance from the old town and 3 km from the beach. You can take the không tính phí bikes to lớn go khổng lồ the beach. The khách sạn is brandnew, even smelt lượt thích fresh paint. The rooms are clean, have HBO on tv và the best part, a rain shower. The breakfast is small but you have sầu choice of 3 menus, includin juice & tea. To sum up, a great hotel in general và especially fro the price you pay. This could easily be a 3 star hotel.
Rooms were excellent, nice, new, clean and tidy. Reception staff were great, very helpful. Good location, easy to find. House keeping were very helpful as well. Would recommend to lớn anyone in my family & all of my friends
The only fault khổng lồ this khách sạn was they forgot my breakfast two days out of three and when we let the waitress aware of this she wasnt too happy khổng lồ help
The hotel is amazing. Very lovely & nice people. I would definitly come back! They also offer you không tính tiền bicycle so that you can explore Hoi An on the bicycle! Great...
