It is a good choice for Haiphong trip especially for a sudden trip lượt thích me. I didn't prepare anything and Vinpearl khách sạn did surprise me a lot. Good price for a big nice room. Everything is good. Facilities was prepared. I gonna come bachồng in my next trip!!
We checked in late at 3:30 PM but the room wasn't ready so we need lớn wait for a while. They didn't clean the room that well as we have sầu khổng lồ ask them mop the floor again but besides that the rooms are very nice with beautiful đô thị view. Staffs were very friendly too. Enjoyed my stay!
The khách sạn is 5 stars but when we check out, there is no staff to lớn bring luggage for my family guests staying 2 rooms 3 nights at the hotel with small children so bring lots of things. The front desk staff keeps checking out for too long, every time we go out or come back, the doorkeeper just stared, not greeting và helping the children go ahead to lớn open the door, when I came khổng lồ check in. I packed up & took out one of Chanel's glasses lớn keep in the room during check-out because I carelessly did not check the clothes at trang chính, I found out that I could not see the glasses I called baông xã to the customer but it was not found. .. We were very disappointed in the way our staff worked & never came back.
Wonderful experience. Room as shown in the picture. Friendly and polite staff. Nice location near the đô thị center. My kids love sầu the 4-season swimming pool.

Vin's khách sạn system is in the top of high-end professional service, but this time my family booked 2 rooms for 3 nights at Vin Hai Phong Hotel, really disappointed. The unprofessional front desk staff checked in and checked out for a long time, the reception was not very welcoming very like we were asking you to stay, the breakfast is not abundant 3 days I stay at breakfast are the same, we have sầu children at night calling the receptionist to lớn change the bed grapes ... the roommate is very attentive sầu & said a very harsh sentence "Have sầu a fever? If fever, bring it down to the clinic" It sounds very difficult bear. Cleaning the room for a few days in a room with a bowl of porridge from the first night to lớn the 4th day, we checked out but the room was not taken away. Breakfast on Sunday morning, we did not have sầu a table, had lớn wait until there was a table, then we had to lớn prepare dishes for others to lớn eat & then get chopsticks ... we ordered to lớn remove the calves at least 3 times still did not see Who comes to lớn clean the old dishes. In addition to lớn the plus point the room is clean & wide. We will not come bachồng next time.
